Buying and selling real estate or business opportunities is not just a mere monetary for property exchange; exchange; there is so much more that goes into a real estate transaction than meets the eye, and this is where I come in.
In 2018 I fast tracked my way to superior transaction management in the real estate industry with my administrative position with Oliver Luxury Real Estate, now Corcoran Global Living. I went from having little knowledge of the ins and outs of the industry, to reviewing and approving over 800 transactions in my first year. I quickly become proficient in contracts, escrow management and overall client satisfaction. Over the time spent working with this brokerage, I oversaw, reviewed and approved hundreds of deals in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee area, all the while working with agents and their clients to ensure their escrows opened and closed seamlessly.
I graduated from Western Washington University in 2011. Making the decision to move from Washington state to Lake Tahoe was an easy choice, as was deciding to enter into the real estate industry. As I joined Team Tahoe Commercial, I knew that working alongside Ian and Michael would be a great venture as Operations Director.
Snowboarding, rock climbing, yoga and all things outdoor are my passion, and I am thankful to be able to enjoy these activities while I further my real estate profession.
